Return/Refunds Policy

Returns:

ICAS accepts returns within 15 days of the purchase date with valid proof of purchase or receipt. The items must be returned undamaged and unmarked and in its original packaging. The item will be inspected upon return arrival and, if in “like-new” condition, will be accepted as a return.

 

Refunds:

Customers will have 15 days from the purchase date to return the item(s) and receive a refund*. With a few exceptions, refunds will be processed and issued to the original form of payment (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal) after the return is received. If the item is deemed returnable, your account will be credited within 3-5 business days, based on your bank.

 

*Does not apply to Account Activation & Set-Up Fee and Shipping & Handling. 

 

Restocking Fee:

Customers will be subject to pay a restocking fee of 40% of the purchase price when returning an item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.  

Shipping & Handling:

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and insurance. Shipping costs will vary by state and the number of items returned. Original shipping cost of the item will not be refunded by ICAS.

Warranty

1-year limited hardware warranty from date of purchase. The warranty covers the item for defective materials or workmanship (tampering is excluded).
